PREFIXER was borne from our original organisation, Tomahawk Recruitment (Tomahawk).
Our passion is enriching lives and we created Tomahawk due to a lack of genuine service in this industry. Our prime objective is ensuring our clients AND our candidates are treated with respect, and we provide a boutique service at reasonable rates. This has resulted in genuine ongoing relationships with our clients as well as great success stories.

As a result, our growth has been purely from referrals by satisfied customers, which also had our fledgling business grow during COVID.

Founded in 2008, VendorPanel is a SaaS based procurement technology platform that facilitates processes between corporate and government organisations and their suppliers. The platform handles billions of dollars in procurement for thousands of buyers and tens of thousands of suppliers across a range of spend categories.
They embarked on an expansion phase in 2021 and chose Tomahawk as their recruitment partner.
We supported them by recruiting 36 roles from February 2021 to September 2021 ranging across Finance, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Head of People, Customer Support, Customer Success, Back Office, Technical Roles, Strategy, Head of Products, and Partnership Managers.
The roles and Hiring Managers located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Chicago.
Docebo is a global Employee and Customer Learning Suite company with offices in North America, EMEA, LATAM and more. In January 2023 Docebo made a strategic decision to expand into APAC and nominated Tomahawk as their recruitment partner.
We supported Docebo by recruiting 16 roles from February 2022 to August 2022 ranging across Sales, Business Development, Solutions Consultants, Tech Support, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, and Cloud Operations.
Whilst the roles were located in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, we worked locally with Head of Sales and General Manager in APAC, along with Hiring Managers located in U.K. Italy, Portugal, Canada, U.S.A.
